How fast do you get to an emergency?
Usually the same day in Prague – we run three crews, not one.
How much does a quote cost?
Nothing. We come out, look the building over and send a proposal with the full price within 48 hours, no obligation.
When are ropes better than scaffolding?
For spot facade repairs ropes are faster and cheaper, with no pavement occupancy permit (zábor). Over large areas we say straight out when scaffolding is cheaper.
Do you work for unit owners' associations (SVJ)?
Yes, SVJ and managing agents are our bread and butter. You get committee paperwork, certificates, insurance and one contact for the whole building.
