Old Town Square – A courtyard facade directly under the Church of Our Lady before Týn, carried out under the supervision of the heritage conservation office. Base render, lime stucco, limewash and new window surrounds (šambrány).

What people ask us
When is rope better than a platform or scaffolding?
Rope is fastest and cheapest for spot work and awkward places. A platform suits longer work in one spot, if there is room. Over large areas of a Prague facade scaffolding often comes out cheaper, and we say so.
Is working on ropes safe?
Yes. We hold certificates for work at height and above open drops, use certified equipment only, and never work on rope alone: always at least two of us.
Do I need a pavement occupancy permit?
Usually not from rope. We work from above and cordon off the ground below only briefly, so you save the paperwork and fees.
What do you need from us before you start?
Access to the roof or loft for our anchors, and someone to open it on the day. We bring ropes, equipment and the cordon below.
How much does rope access cost?
It depends on the extent and the access. Once we have seen the building you get a written quote within 48 hours, free, nothing hidden.
