Short and in plain English: what we do with the details you send us through the enquiry form.

What data we process and why
From the enquiry form we process your name, telephone number, optional e-mail address, the address of the property and the description of the job. They serve solely so that we can contact you, assess the job and prepare a quote.
The IP address the enquiry was sent from is recorded along with it. We use it only as technical protection against bots and against flooding of the form, not to identify you and not for marketing.
Legal basis
The processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). That is why the form carries no consent checkbox: without these details we cannot reply to you.
How long we keep the data
For as long as we are dealing with the enquiry, and then for as long as is necessary to protect our legitimate interests (as a rule up to one year from the last contact). If the enquiry turns into a job, the retention period is governed by the relevant legislation, for example accounting rules.
Who we pass the data to
We do not pass the data to third parties for marketing. For technical reasons it is processed by our processors:
- Hosting and e-mail provider – Running the website and delivering the message from the form.
- Cloudflare – The Turnstile service protects the form against bots. When you submit the form, it verifies that you are not a robot.
- Google Ireland Limited – Google Analytics traffic statistics and measurement of how effective our Google Ads advertising is. Without consent, measurement runs only in an anonymous, cookie-free mode (it stores nothing on your device and does not identify you); more detailed measurement with cookies and the evaluation of our advertising are switched on only with your consent.
- Cloudflare – Also cookie-free traffic measurement (Web Analytics), which does not track individual visitors and stores nothing on your device.
Cookies
Strictly necessary technical: the Turnstile anti-spam protection may store a short-lived technical value purely to verify the form submission. The website does not work without it, and no consent is required. The same category covers the cookie-free traffic measurement by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores nothing on your device, uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors, only aggregate numbers.
Statistical (Google Analytics): we measure traffic (pages viewed, clicks) in two modes. Without consent, anonymously and without cookies only, the measurement code stores nothing on your device, does not identify you and the data is processed in aggregate form only (legitimate interest in improving the website, which you may object to). With your consent we also switch on the _ga and _ga_* cookies (a random browser identifier, not your name) with a lifetime of up to 2 years, which allow more detailed statistics. Consent is valid for 12 months and you can change it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer of the site.
Marketing (Google Ads): we advertise in Google Search and we need to know which ad led to an enquiry. Only with your consent do we store the _gcl_* cookies (a random ad-click identifier, not your name) for a maximum of 90 days and match them with a submitted enquiry, a click on the phone number or a click on WhatsApp. Without consent, conversions are sent anonymously and without cookies. We do not personalise ads for you and we do not use the data for remarketing. Consent is valid for 12 months, you give it separately from statistics (“Allow all” vs. “Statistics only”) and you can change it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer of the site.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to its correction or erasure, to restriction of processing and to object. Just write to info@mojefasadapraha.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.cz).
