Old Town Square – A courtyard facade directly under the Church of Our Lady before Týn, carried out under the supervision of the heritage conservation office. Base render, lime stucco, limewash and new window surrounds (šambrány).

Černá street – A piece of the ornamental cornice came down on the pavement. We modelled the cornice back to its original profile and repaired the flashing that had been letting water into it for years.

Šumavská (Vinohrady) – Loose render knocked off, pressure washing, primer, new render, lime stucco and paint. The lift machine room got the same treatment, and we cleaned the whole roof up afterwards.

Nusle – Full repair and a silicate paint finish in the shade the owner chose, including removing the old mast and fitting new sheet metal.

Nusle – The chimneys were in a critical state. We knocked off the loose render, primed the brickwork, applied new render with reinforcing mesh and lime stucco, and capped them with vented galvanised heads.

Kunratice – The render on this chimney above a plain-tile roof had fallen away to bare brick. We made the brickwork good and rendered the chimney again.

Kunratice – A steep, faded sheet-metal roof on a family house. Sanded back, cleaned and repainted from ropes, with no rope marks left behind. We repaired the leaking gutter at no charge.

Veverkova street – Facade repair in Holešovice including a new cornice and a copper gutter. Done from ropes, with a single storey of scaffolding because of the pavement.

Libeň – Street front in Brizolit, the textured render used across interwar Prague, and smooth render in the courtyard. New sheet metal, an anti-graffiti coat on the lower storey, chimneys, the light well and a new lightning conductor.

Render had fallen off this Art Nouveau corner building and left bare brick right next to the stucco ornament. We patched the facade, replaced the missing stucco and repainted the corner.

Courtyard of a pre-war apartment building – Weathered render in the light well was falling away to the brick. We stripped it off, applied new render and replaced the downpipe.

Between two roofs – The top of the dividing wall between two roofs was breaking up. We took the loose masonry down and cast a new, smooth concrete coping.

Concrete tiles buried under moss and lichen, washed down thoroughly. The difference shows at a glance and a clean roof covering lasts longer.
